If you have ever used a CMS (Content Management System) such as WordPress then you know how complicated they can be for a non-savvy computer user. Let us be clear, we are not knocking WordPress. We are using it as an example because of its popularity and it does have its place, but for many businesses it is like sending a tank to kill a mosquito. It allows clients to handle their own updates within a browser without having to learn an extensive user interface.
